A valid government ID proof (Aadhaar Card/College ID) and a passport-size photo are required at the time of check-in. Parent/guardian contact details may also be requested for verification.
What is included in the rent?
Rent includes accommodation, three home-cooked meals daily, electricity, WiFi, and access to common facilities like washing machines and RO water. Personal expenses are not included.
What is the notice period and lock-in period?
We require one month’s advance rent at booking, a one-month notice period before vacating, and a minimum 1-month lock-in period. There are no brokerage fees.
Is the PG safe for girls staying alone in Jaipur?
